Tickets can be purchased at ticket machines located in the catamaran waiting area at port Friedrichshafen and Constance and also at the BSB Service Center located in the harbor area. In Constance, the BSB Service Center is located directly at the harbor. The BSB Service Center in Friedrichshafen can be found near the ferry docks.
